    Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

    Cancellations after dispatch may incur return shipping costs, payable by you.

3. Delivery and Shipping

  • Same-Day Pickup: Available in Tshwane, South Africa, for orders placed before [12:00 pm].
  • Tracked Courier: Available for other locations, with estimated delivery times provided at checkout.

3.2 Delivery Costs

Fees are based on location and order size and will be specified in your order confirmation.

3.3 Delays and Failed Deliveries

We aim to meet estimated delivery times, but delays may occur due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather or courier issues).

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or your unavailability, additional redelivery fees may apply.

4. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted for:
